About me

Rali’s Story

I’ve always believed that food is about connection, celebration and bringing people together. At its best, it creates moments that linger long after the table is cleared.

My journey began with formal pastry training, where I developed a strong foundation in technique, precision and craftsmanship. This early discipline shaped my respect for ingredients and detail, and set me on a path into professional kitchens.

I later moved to London, where I spent over 15 years living and working within the city’s luxury hospitality scene.

I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most respected chefs in the industry. I was involved in high-profile private events, catering for artists, public figures and occasions attended by members of the British Royal Household, where discretion, precision and flawless execution are essential.

Alongside my kitchen career, I completed a degree in International Tourism & Hospitality Management. This allows me to approach every event not only as a chef, but as a host — with a deep understanding of guest experience, timing, flow and organisation

Over time, I found love, balance and comfort in Spain, eventually settling in the coastal town of Jávea.

Through Rali Catering & Events, I create bespoke dining experiences for private villas, weddings and celebrations across the Costa Blanca — combining refined technique with relaxed hospitality, and always placing connection at the heart of every event.

My cooking is inspired by Spanish and Mediterranean flavours, shaped by international experience and always designed around the people I cook for. I believe food should feel welcoming, familiar and enjoyable, never complicated or intimidating.

From relaxed tapas and sharing plates to more refined, Michelin-level dining, every menu is tailored to your tastes, your guests and the atmosphere you want to create. I focus on seasonal ingredients, balanced flavours and generous portions, creating dishes that feel special while remaining easy to enjoy.
