My journey began with formal training in pastry and bakery, before moving to London to follow my dream. I spent over 15 years working across the city's luxury hospitality scene, gaining experience in five-star hotels, private members' clubs, fine-dining restaurants, and Michelin-starred kitchens.
This time shaped my attention to detail, refined presentation, and deep respect for ingredients and service.
Eventually, I found home in beautiful Jávea, Spain, where I brought this experience to life through Rali Catering & Events. Here, my cooking blends Mediterranean flavours, international inspiration, and modern techniques — always elegant, always approachable.
My style is clean, seasonal, and thoughtful: food that looks beautiful, tastes incredible, and feels generous rather than intimidating. From refined canapés and bowl food to relaxed villa dining and special celebrations, every menu is designed with care and tailored to each event.
